If you are aged 65 or older (50 or older for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) and have a CHSP Social Support and Community Engagement referral code from My Aged Care, you are welcome to attend the Mature Aged Carer Group.

Please provide us with your My Aged Care numbers before attending, if you have not already done so.
